- All accessories, components, and documentation that were included with the instrument must be returned.


2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer support team or visit our website to request a return authorization (RA) number.

- Provide the required information, including the original order number, product details, and reason for the return.

- Once the return request is approved, you will receive an RA number and further instructions on how to proceed.

- Pack the laboratory instrument securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

- Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.

- Ship the package to the designated return address at your expense, using a trackable shipping method.

-Round-trip delivery fees are at your expense.


3. Evaluation and Refund:


Upon receiving the returned laboratory instrument, our team will conduct a thorough evaluation to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria stated in this policy. If the instrument is found to be in acceptable condition, we will proceed with the refund process.

- If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for restocking fees, shipping costs, or any applicable fees.

- If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a partial refund based on the condition of the laboratory instrument.

- Refunds are typically processed within a week after the evaluation is completed. The actual time for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

- Consumables or reagents that have been opened or used

- Instruments that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair attempts
