1. Product Information and Specifications:

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our laboratory instruments, including specifications, features, and compatibility. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the product information without prior notice. It is your responsibility to verify the suitability of the instrument for your specific requirements before making a purchase.

2. Purchase and Payment:

a. Ordering: To place an order for a laboratory instrument, you may use our online ordering system, contact our sales team, or work with an authorized distributor. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

b. Pricing and Payment: The prices for our laboratory instruments are stated in the applicable currency and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping costs unless specified otherwise. You are responsible for any additional charges associated with your purchase. Payment terms, including accepted payment methods and due dates, will be communicated during the ordering process.

c. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or other communication methods. The order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order but serves as acknowledgment that we have received your request.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

a. Shipping Terms: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship the laboratory instrument to the designated shipping address within the agreed timeframe. Shipping terms, methods, and associated costs will be specified during the ordering process.

b. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the laboratory instrument passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect the package upon receipt and notify us promptly of any visible damage or discrepancies.

4. Warranty:

a. Warranty Coverage: Our laboratory instruments are covered by a limited warranty. The specific warranty terms, duration, and coverage details are provided in the product documentation or warranty statement accompanying the instrument. Warranty claims are subject to examination and verification by our authorized representatives.

b. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, natural disasters, or any other causes beyond normal usage.

c. Remedies: If a valid warranty claim is accepted, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective laboratory instrument or its components. The repaired or replaced instrument will be covered by the remaining duration of the original warranty period.

5. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lab A2Z  and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of the laboratory instruments, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific laboratory instrument giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with our laboratory instruments remain the property of  Lab A2Z  . You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the instruments for their intended purpose. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Lab A2Z is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
